Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
relaxing onsencomplicated systemunhelpful staff
The onsen was a nice amenity after long days.
The check-in process was AWFUL. It took nearly an hour to sort out two adjacent rooms. The staff did LITTLE to assist, frustrating.

the location was great. i appreciate the free drinks and snacks i received. my wide twin room on the skyfloor offered an amazing view.
the pillows were very uncomfortable. i also found the mattress and sheets to be quite stuffy. the tv turned on at a default volume when i inserted the room card and that was annoying, i had to unplug it each time i wanted to use it.
